On the morning of May18th, the construction of the 30-meter-level law enforcement ship of JiangsuEntry-Exit Frontier Inspection Station officially started. It is reported that this ship is the first law enforcement ship built after the national entry-exitborder inspection station was changed to the National Immigration Administration, which is of great significance to the exit and entry managementof Jiangsu Province.

Xia Jun, deputy head of the station, said that the construction of the 30-meter-level law enforcement ship is of great significance to the Jiangsu Entry-Exit Frontier Inspection Station. In thepreparatory work in the early stage, everyone's efforts are obvious to all. We hope that in the subsequent construction work, in strict accordance with the current ship specifications, standards and quality requirements, we will striveto deliver a ship with reliable quality and excellent performance as soon aspossible, representing a new image of border inspection law enforcement vessel.

The ship has a total length of 35m, a profiled width of 6m and a profiled depth of 3.2m. It adopts a deep V shape and is a high-speed ship of forward tilting bow, square stern and full-length deck displacement. It adopts dual-engine and dual-propeller propulsion, and is mainly used for A-class inland rivers and coastal areas for border inspection and anchorage control. It is configured with one set of JW-50 and the expected roll reduction can be above 80% in sea condition 3.
